Asper Bevel

Asper bevel cutting module is dedicated for machines equipped with a rotator tool station which enables movement in 5 axes: X, Y, Z, A (rotation 800°) and B (tilting of torch 50°). The module supports 3 methods of starting of the beveled cut which can be chosen to best fit custom application: piercing with angle, tilting of torch after piercing at piercing point and tilting of torch during initial part of lead-in. By means of „Bevel ATHC Expert” the module can select and parametrize appropriate torch height control methods for individual parts or a group of parts according to their size and shape. Besides simple beveled edges also variable bevels and Y-cuts are supported.
