Laser pipe cutting machine MSF Pipe-AT provide precise and reliable fiber laser cutting of pipes and profiles with a variety of cross-section types – round, rectangular and open profiles, such as U, L and C (please consult first). The machines is fully automated and allow to process workpieces of up to 200 mm in diameter and 12 meters in length, depending on the configuration.
The machines accommodate advanced features and options such as bevel cutting with auto-calibration feature ACTG, motorized pipe supports with compensation of torsional stiffness of pipes and profiles, automated unloading support platforms and more. A 3D laser scanner is used to determine the real shape of tubes along the cut trajectories in order to map and compensate for real workpiece imprecisions – and thus deliver the most accurate cutting results.
