The high-speed 3D cutting machine is dedicated for precise processing of large-sized components for the most demanding industries, such as shipbuilding and large machine manufacture. MSF Max C combines great production versatility – 2D cutting, bevel cutting up to 45°, drilling up to Ø 30 mm, tapping up to M20, countersinking and marking – with a compact footprint. Its compact movable safety cabin encapsulates just the gantry instead of the whole work area. The fully enclosed cabin and extensive safety features allow for simultaneous cutting on one end of the table and loading/unloading at the other.
MSF Max C requires significantly less installation space than conventional solutions, so it is ideal for customer who still need to cut long parts but have limited workshop area. MSF Max C is supplied up to effective working dimensions of 60 m x 5 m.
The patented auto-calibration system ACTG® guarantees long-term accuracy of bevel cutting process. In MSF Max C, the ACTG® station is efficiently integrated into the gantry to speed up the calibration process.
