The drilling head MSF-15-P5-Turret is designed to perform drilling of holes, taping and countersinking by a multi-spindle revolver turret that allows for quick exchange of 6 tools.
It is equipped with a 5 kW spindle motor to provide proper drilling power for small to medium drilling diameter tasks up to Ø15 mm and at the same time to minimize its weight and dimensions to maintain the high dynamics necessary for high performance MSF Pro laser cutting systems. The MSF-15-P5-Turret also allows tapping up to M16 and countersinking. As the holes can be cut by laser, one of the main benefits is tapping into the laser pre-cut holes to save time on manual operations at the next stages of production.
